It has been a wonderful experience being part of an extended family. The folks at body and brain yoga know what they are doing!
Since I joined a year ago my blood presure has gone down 15 points. I use to have pain all the time 10 to 20 every day! Now it is a manageable 5 to 7. And I feel great!
