The last couple of years have brought great changes to our lives and left many of us with a deep yearning to refresh and renew ourselves. We’ve designed an upcoming retreat in the beautiful Catskill Mountains (Upstate New York) as a way to not only create space and breathe, but also as a chance to cleanse and renew your inner world. We are happy to announce the upcoming Brain Education Festival, taking place September 10-12th in Honor’s Haven Retreat & Conference in Ellenville, NY.
The Brain Education Festival is an annual event that brings together people from all walks of life to focus on helping them deepen their sense of health, happiness, and peace. This year’s event is extra special because it is the first in-person festival since March 2020.
Brain Education is a unique mind-body harmonization system, created to help unlock the power and creative potential of the human brain. At this event, you will get to experience applying Brain Education principles and techniques, and the drastic improvements in health and well-being that come as a result. The festival’s theme is based on an ancient eastern principle known as Water Up, Fire Down.
An experienced lineup of Brain Education trainers will deliver on many different topics throughout the 3-day festival. You will have a chance to experience everything from martial arts to mindfulness, including many experiences that help to awaken your passion and revive parts of your life. Early morning sessions will help to awaken your senses, mid-day sessions will aid in your personal growth, and evening sessions will give you a chance to reconnect with nature. Each experience is designed to help you grow your self-love and become a healthier, happier contributor to our global society.
Brain Education Festival will be held in beautiful Honor’s Haven Retreat & Conference, in the Catskill Mountains of New York. When not in session, you will have a chance to explore the waterfalls, trails, gardens and green surroundings of the retreat. It can be a time of great healing and renewal.
The event begins at 10am (ET) on Friday (9/10) and concludes at 11:30am on Sunday (9/12)—you’re invited to join us for all three days to receive the full benefits of the program. If you cannot make it for the entire weekend, however, there is a single-day pass available as well. Contact your local Body & Brain center for more information and details regarding lodging, transportation and registration.
We’re looking forward to seeing you at this year’s festival! Let’s come together and create a happier, healthier world!
