Body & Brain is a leader in Korean holistic wellness and mindfulness yoga, meditation, tai chi, and breathwork practices in the U.S. We are celebrating 25 years this year with a special online event!
To show our appreciation, we’re hosting a full day of free classes in a virtual online party where you can directly experience some of the practices and techniques that make Body & Brain unique. The theme this year is Love Myself and everyone is invited! We’ll have mind-body exercises and tips for you to enjoy alone or with friends, family, and even coworkers. This is a great opportunity to share the love of Korean holistic yoga, tai chi, breathwork, meditation, and self-healing philosophy with anyone you think might be interested.
The event will go LIVE on Saturday, June 12th, with classes from 11:30am to 9pm Eastern Time (8:30am to 6pm Pacific Time) with some of our top instructors across the country. Feel free to attend as many classes as you’d like, and enjoy some of our best mindful self-care exercise routines from the convenience of home!
