Overall Wellbeing and Stress Management

I have been taking the Body & Brain Yoga-Tai Chi classes for one year. I had a lot of pain in my body due to Guillian Barre Syndorm when I began the classes a year ago.

Slowly the pain began to subside and now I am pain free. There are also many other benefits I have received: better condition overall, weight loss, better strength and balance. Body & Brain meditation techniques have also helped with improved memory, increased energy, with overall well-being and stress management. I highly recommend Body & Brain to anyone who is interested in improving and maintaining good health.
