  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   Yes, our strip mall has a parking lot.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), Apple Pay
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed the 1st day of every month and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day. We are open on Sundays by appointment only so please call ahead.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   During your introductory session we will learn about your training goals, and we will check your physical alignment, balance, flexibility, and breathing rate/depth/and overall quality (e.g., slow, deep, smooth, forced light, heavy). We will also check your energy balance, including if your head and abdomen are cool or warm. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing for your session.
